Job description:
Shayelily Jewelry is seeking an experienced, motivated Jewelry Retail Manager to oversee daily studio operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience in our Victoria location. This role combines hands-on leadership, customer service, team management, and creative social media input.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading day-to-day retail operations and keeping everything running smoothly and overseeing all daily tasks to be carried out

Exceptional customer service and providing a unique experience for every guest

Making sure every custom piece is assembled perfectly

Training, scheduling, and supporting the retail team whilst being a positive role model and having a motivated, can- do attitude!

Keeping the studio organized, welcoming, and aesthetically on brand

Capturing fun, engaging social content (photos, videos, Reels, TikToks) in-studio

Bringing fresh ideas to help grow the Shaye Lily Jewelry community in Victoria
You’re a Great Fit If You:

Are a natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude who works cohesively with their team

Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills

Balances customer service, team leadership, and administrative tasks smoothly

Feel confident creating and directing social media content

Have an eye for aesthetics and branding

Have management, retail, or jewelry making experience (a plus!)
