Retail Technician Full Time & Part Time - Downtown Victoria Retail location

We're seeking a detail-oriented Retail Technician to join our team. If you're passionate about jewelry and customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Assemble jewelry and attach charms with care and precision

Help customers customise their final pieces and elevate their Shayelily Jewelry experience

Deliver thoughtful, friendly customer service in our retail studio

Support daily studio and retail operations

Work closely with a small, supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Great attention to detail and excellent time management with ability to work efficiently

Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented

Retail, customer service, or jewelry experience is an asset (but not required)

General Manager - Downtown Victoria Retail location

We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for the jewelry industry.

Leading day-to-day retail operations and keeping everything running smoothly and overseeing all daily tasks to be carried out
Exceptional customer service and providing a unique experience for every guest
Making sure every custom piece is assembled perfectly
Training, scheduling, and supporting the retail team whilst being a positive role model and having a motivated, can- do attitude!
Keeping the studio organized, welcoming, and aesthetically on brand
Capturing fun, engaging social content (photos, videos, Reels, TikToks) in-studio
Bringing fresh ideas to help grow the Shaye Lily Jewelry community in Victoria

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Are a natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude who works cohesively with their team
Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills
Balances customer service, team leadership, and administrative tasks smoothly
Feel confident creating and directing social media content
Have an eye for aesthetics and branding
Have management, retail, or jewelry making experience (a plus!)
