Gather your favourite people; we’ve saved you a seat! Our Vancouver studio is the perfect place to get creative, celebrate special moments, and design something uniquely yours.

Explore our wide selection of charms and beads, including 18k gold PVD-plated stainless steel, 14k gold-plated, freshwater pearl, enamel, glass-blown, ceramic, and acrylic options. Mix, match, and create your own one-of-a-kind piece! You design it, and our team brings it to life.

We also offer private group bookings at our Vancouver studio, perfect for bachelorette parties, birthdays, team events, farewell celebrations, or simply getting your favourite people together! Feel free to bring your own decorations, drinks, and snacks to make the space your own.

Walk-ins are always welcome at both locations! However, appointments are prioritized at our Vancouver studio, and we may not be able to accommodate walk-ins during private bookings.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Please note that all booking options, fees, and policies outlined below apply exclusively to our Vancouver studio.

Our Victoria location operates on a walk-in basis only, so no appointments or reservations are needed!

PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS (8–30 GUESTS)

What's Included?

Our $100 private booking fee reserves the studio just for you and your group, with no other customers or appointments taking place during your booking. Dedicated staff will also be available to assist your group throughout the experience!

The duration of your booking depends on your group size:

• 8–12 guests: 2 hours
• 13–18 guests: 2.5 hours
• 19–30 guests: 3 hours

Please note that the $100 booking fee is non-refundable and does not go toward your jewelry purchases. All jewelry and custom creations are purchased separately.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Need to change your booking date? No problem! We're happy to help you reschedule with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

Bookings cannot be rescheduled with less than 7 days' notice, as the studio and staff have already been reserved for your group.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen! If something comes up, please reach out, and we'll be happy to review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Our team will welcome you and your guests, walk you through our jewelry options and pricing, and help everyone get started!

Each guest can explore our selection, choose their favourite charms and beads, and customize their own piece while our team takes care of the assembly.

Guests can pay individually at the studio, or you can arrange payment for the entire group in advance if preferred.

SMALLER GROUPS (1–7 GUESTS)

Visiting on your own or with a smaller group? We'd love to have you! Simply book a Flash Booking -(Click Here!) through our website to reserve your spot.

A $10 booking fee per person is required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your final purchase at the studio.
